We are looking for a dedicated Lawyer to join our team. This role focuses on providing legal advisory services for investment and construction projects involving land use (real estate, housing, industrial zones, etc.) for both domestic and foreign investors. The lawyer may also handle commercial matters related to investment, such as contract negotiation and drafting.
Key responsibilities:
• Conduct legal due diligence, provide legal advice, and prepare investment licensing applications for real estate, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Work with government authorities regarding investment licensing procedures.
• Advise, negotiate, draft contracts, and finalize transactions for investment deals.
• Legal translation.

Yêu cầu:
✔ Legal expertise: Strong knowledge of investment and construction projects, including the Investment Law, Land Law, Real Estate Business Law, Housing Law, PPP Law, and regulatory transitions. Understanding of construction, finance, and taxation is a plus.
✔ Skills:
• Strong legal advisory and legal drafting skills.
• Proficiency in English (reading, legal translation, and contract drafting). The ability to communicate and advise clients in English is an advantage.
• Proficient in office software, with attention to detail in document presentation.
• Excellent communication skills, honesty, proactiveness, and responsibility.
✔ Experience:Minimum 3–5 years in a similar role, with proven experience handling investment projects.
✔ Education & Certification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Lawyer’s Practicing Certificate.
✔ Skills:
• Strong legal advisory and legal drafting skills.
• Proficiency in English (reading, legal translation, and contract drafting). The ability to communicate and advise clients in English is an advantage.
